TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALICE TRADER, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alice Trader, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these TOU.
- Your violation of any rights of another.
13. TERMINATION
13.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided in the Service. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service, and all associated data may be deleted.
13.2 Termination by Company
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these TOU.
13.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Service.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These TOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these TOU shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
