SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

 

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alice Trader, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

13. TERMINATION

13.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided in the Service. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service, and all associated data may be deleted.
